Shipping Policy

Note: We currently only ship within Australia

  • Delivery is via Australia Post or a Third Party Transport company, depending on the size & weight of your consignment
  • We cannot ship to Post Office boxes.
  • You agree that Partstars may elect to arrange delivery at its discretion and without any liability and at your cost and responsibility in all things;
  • You shall be deemed to have accepted delivery and liability for goods on being notified by on goods being delivered to a carrier or to your premises or nominated site whether attended or not.
  • A certificate purporting to be signed by an officer of Partstars confirming delivery shall be conclusive evidence of delivery as shall any signed delivery docket; and
  • Partstars shall not be liable for delay, failure or inability to deliver any goods.
  • You agree that Partstars may in its absolute discretion allow you to cancel any order where circumstances other than force majeure or your actions delay or prevent fulfilment of any order and in such circumstances Partstars may in its absolute discretion provide an appropriate refund;
  • You agree to pay Partstars for any demurrage or other costs and expenses in handling and/or holding any goods once ready for delivery and/or collection.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • As the couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. you wish for someone to receive your shipment, we recommend using a work address for delivery.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Like most retailers that provide delivery services, Partstars can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase via courier delivery. Partstars will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been shipped to the specified shipping address.

To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.

For delivery to capital cities, please allow up to 5 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow up to 10 working days. Most orders will be delivered within 2-3 days of payment.
